Brilliant Clients
Does your health system have a truly gifted physician who might be world renowned but is disruptive to your organization? Part of you feels that your health system should just get rid of them, but since they are so talented, that is not so easy to do.
I enjoy working will brilliant people who struggle to have a good relationship with those with whom they must work. Many of these people are frustrated by their situation, but they do not fully recognize their role in their own problems. They might get in trouble for "simply saying the truth" or sometimes they find themselves in situations where the people around them act passive aggressively (not knowing how else to deal with them).
I believe that most (not all) of these people can be helped with my executive coaching. This is true even if they have tried executive coaching before and found it to be "useless". Please give me a call if your organization is open to making one more attempt at addressing what likely has been a recurrent problem. After one encounter, I will let you know what I believe I can and cannot do to help.
